Ernest Pérez Mas never doubted about what to do with the vineyards surrounding the XII century church located on his property. The very local Montònega, White and Red Sumoll varietals are perfect for making outstanding, fresh and balanced wines at this high elevation (500+ meters). Mascorrubí exemplifies a return to tradition to find the path forward. Mediterranean and pronounced in flavor that belies their light-bodiness.
