Located in DOP Ribera del Júcar, this winery is led by the talented young winemaker Daniel Sevilla. After gaining experience in La Rioja, New Zealand, and Australia, Daniel returned to his roots with a vision to restore and revitalise the family’s old vineyards. With the support of family and friends, he has embarked on a journey to bring new life to these historic vines.
The winery’s primary grape is Bobal, which Daniel ferments using traditional clay amphorae, known locally as Tinácula. Some of these amphorae, sourced from La Mancha, are over a century old, adding a unique, historical touch to his winemaking process. Driven by his commitment to tradition and quality, Daniel combines old-world methods with his global experience, creating wines that honour Ribera del Júcar’s rich heritage while offering a fresh, distinctive expression of the region.
